I purchased this battery for my Acer Laptop. Our factory battery died after less than a year old. I was apprehensive about buying am after market battery, but I trust Amazon and their return policies, so I went for it. I am glad I did, this battery has been awesome, battery life doubled! The only issue we had with this battery is that when we first started using it, it would turn off by itself and would not keep a charge when plugged in. This problem was solved by changing the battery settings. It was plugged in but not charging, and would turn off when the battery died. So this was a great buy, saved a TON of money and would buy another if needed. Also this battery stays ice cold no matter how hot my laptop gets!

Battery works fine and I received prompt service. I didn't give 5 stars simply because I haven't had the battery long enough to know how long it will last.
